PKJ Coaching is a nervous system–centered coaching practice for high-performing adults with ADHD who are tired of relying on pressure, urgency, and burnout to function. Founded by Pen King Jr., PKJ Coaching takes a different approach to ADHD support. Instead of focusing only on productivity systems, accountability, or habit stacking, the work begins underneath them: with the nervous system. The goal is to help clients build greater regulation, steadier focus, emotional balance, and follow-through without constantly having to force themselves through the day. PKJ Coaching offers two ways to work with Pen: RESONANCE MEMBERSHIP — The accessible starting point. Resonance is a monthly nervous system regulation membership for high-performing adults with ADHD who want a consistent weekly practice rather than another productivity system. Members receive a live group session every week with Pen, including a practical nervous system regulation tip, live group training, and guided vocal toning. Members can participate live or watch the replay. Every other week, they also receive a downloadable practice guide to continue the work between sessions. Resonance is designed to be low-pressure and practical. Members can keep their camera off, simply listen, and practice at their own pace. The membership is $37/month, with the first month free, and can be canceled anytime. 1:1 COACHING — The Convergence Method. For clients who want deeper, highly personalized support, The Convergence Method is a 90-day 1:1 coaching experience built around the individual’s nervous system, focus, emotional patterns, and lifestyle. The program includes 12 weekly 90-minute sessions, a comprehensive nervous system intake and baseline assessment, a personalized regulation protocol with weekly adjustments, between-session Voxer support, a nutrition and lifestyle regulation framework, three months of Bonding Health Pro, and lifetime access to PKJ method materials. The work incorporates nervous system regulation, somatic practices, breathwork, behavioral psychology, health coaching principles, and practical lifestyle strategies. Clients learn to recognize patterns of dysregulation, build greater internal safety and steadiness, and create the foundation for more sustainable focus and performance.
