ibuildinpublic, a build in public platform, helps indie hackers, startup founders, makers, and creators share what they are building and get discovered by an interested audience. Users can publish product pages, progress updates, experiences, questions, and help requests in one public workspace designed for ongoing product development and community feedback. The platform lets members create builder profiles, follow other founders, present products, publish build logs, and interact through likes, comments, bookmarks, direct messages, and group chats. Leaderboards rank builders and products by activity, popularity, visits, and XP, while analytics dashboards track impressions, new followers, contact requests, bookmarks, website badge visits, and other engagement metrics over selected time periods. Public posts can be used for launch support, user research, sharing experiments, documenting startup lessons, and finding collaborators or early customers. ibuildinpublic combines public product discovery, founder networking, launch marketing, and build-in-public analytics instead of focusing only on one-time launches or private project management. It gives builders a structured place to document progress, build an audience, and measure interest around what they create.
