The current conversation is protected during cleanup. Users can display checkboxes beside loaded ChatGPT chats, filter and select conversations, review the batch, then confirm a bulk delete or bulk archive action. ChatSweep supports ChatGPT chat management, mass deleting conversations, and organizing chat history by clearing temporary questions, old drafts, and completed projects. It works with chats already loaded in the sidebar, includes confirmation steps and compatibility checks, and pauses when page controls cannot be verified. The free plan supports one cleanup per day and up to 10 chats per run, while paid plans remove those limits and add bulk archiving. ChatSweep reduces repetitive sidebar clicks while keeping deletion deliberate and protecting the open conversation. Cleanup takes place in the browser, and deleted chats may not be recoverable, so users can review every batch before confirming.
